Your privacy is important to RECO DEMAND CORP. ("RECO Demand," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain information in connection with our website at www.recodemand.com (the “Website”) and our products and services, including our coaching programs, membership/club, WebinarCRM platform, and SMS/text messaging programs (collectively, the “Services”).

By providing personal information to us or using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and retention of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and as otherwise permitted by law. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Personal Information We Collect

We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked with you (“Personal Information”). The types of Personal Information we collect may include:

  • Basic contact details – name, email address, telephone or mobile number, mailing address, job title/role, and (where relevant) company or brokerage details.
  • Account and transactional information – program enrollments, subscriptions, billing and payment information, plan selections, and support interactions.
  • RECO Demand CRM data – information you or your users store in WebinarCRM (e.g., leads, contacts, pipelines, funnels, appointments, notes, content and templates). See Section 4 (CRM Access & Ownership).
  • Communications – your messages to us (email, web forms, chat, SMS), survey responses, and preferences. Inbound and outbound calls with our team may be recorded for quality, training, business development, and dispute‑resolution purposes.
  • Automatically collected data – device identifiers, IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, session timestamps, and other usage data collected through cookies, web beacons, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies. See Section 7 (Cookies, Analytics & Advertising).

You may choose not to provide certain information; however, this may limit your ability to use some features of the Services.

2. Sources of Personal Information

We collect Personal Information:

  • Directly from you when you register, request information, purchase, use the Services, participate in coaching, join the club, enroll in a free trial, complete forms, or communicate with us.
  • Automatically through cookies, pixels, analytics tools, and similar technologies when you visit or use the Website or Services.
  • From service providers and partners that support our operations (e.g., payment processors, hosting, analytics, communications partners) and from publicly available sources where permitted by law.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We use Personal Information to:

  • Provide and improve the Services – including onboarding, account provisioning, customer success, technical support, troubleshooting, and product development.
  • Send communications – including service announcements, security or policy updates, transactional notices, promotional emails, and SMS/MMS about webinars, events, offers, and educational content. See Section 6 (Your Choices) for opt‑out options.
  • Manage subscriptions and billing – including processing payments, renewals, invoices, refunds, chargeback handling, tax collection, usage reporting, and fraud prevention.
  • Conduct research and analytics to improve effectiveness of our content, ads, funnels, and Services.
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms, Billing Policy, and other agreements; protect our rights, property, users, and the public.

4. RECO Demand CRM Access & Ownership

When you purchase access to WebinarCRM (powered by GoHighLevel) you gain tools such as pipelines, leads, funnels, and messaging.

  • Ownership. All data within your RECO Demand CRM account—including billing information, leads, contacts, messages, funnels, and webinar information—belongs to you.
  • Our limited access. We may access your CRM only to set up your account, provide support, diagnose or resolve technical issues, ensure compliance with law and carrier rules, or as otherwise requested by you. We do not sell, share, or exploit your leads or CRM data for our own marketing.

5. Sharing & Disclosure of Personal Information

We do not sell your Personal Information. We share it only as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law:

  • Service providers (processors). With trusted vendors that perform services for us (e.g., hosting, cloud storage, analytics, payment processing, communications/SMS, email delivery, customer support). These parties may access Personal Information solely to perform services for us and are required to protect it.
  • Affiliates. With our corporate affiliates for the purposes described in this Policy.
  • Legal, safety, and compliance. To comply with laws, lawful requests, and legal processes; to respond to subpoenas, warrants, or orders; to protect the rights, property, safety, and security of RECO Demand, our users, or others; to detect and prevent fraud or abuse; or to enforce our agreements and policies.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a corporate transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets. We will continue to protect Personal Information as described in this Policy and will give notice of any material changes.

SMS carve‑out. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt‑in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See Section 9 (SMS/Text Messaging Privacy & Terms).

6. Your Choices (Email & SMS; Access, Correction, Deletion)

Marketing preferences

  • Email. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time by clicking Unsubscribe in the message or contacting support@recodemand.com.
  • SMS/MMS. Reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE) to any message. We apply your opt‑out across all RECO Demand numbers and programs associated with your mobile number. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message/data rates may apply.
  • We may continue to send transactional or service messages (e.g., account, security, billing, critical notices) even if you opt out of marketing.

Access, correction, and deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your Personal Information in our records. We will respond within timeframes required by law (e.g., 30 days in Canada; acknowledgment within 10 business days and response within 45 days for California residents) and may request information to verify your identity. Some data may be retained as required or permitted by law, to complete transactions, for security or fraud prevention, or for legitimate business purposes.

Unsubscribe requests for Canadian recipients are processed within 10 business days.

7. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Website, remember preferences, analyze usage, and personalize content and ads.

  • Cookies. A cookie is a small file placed on your device. You can set your browser to refuse cookies; some features may not function properly without them. By continuing to navigate our Website without changing cookie settings, you consent to our use of cookies.
  • Web beacons/pixels. We may use web beacons in our Website and emails to manage cookies, count visits, and measure campaign effectiveness, including whether you open or act on our messages.
  • Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how users engage with the Website. Google sets cookies to collect information such as pages visited and prior sites. We use these insights to improve the Website and Services and do not combine Google Analytics information with your identified Personal Information. Google’s use of data is governed by its own policies.
  • Advertising partners. Ads appearing on our Website may be served by advertising partners who may set their own cookies to deliver targeted ads. This Policy covers our use of cookies and does not cover third‑party advertisers’ practices. Our Website may contain links to third‑party sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; review their policies before using their sites.
  • Do Not Track (DNT). There is no industry standard for DNT signals; at this time we do not respond to DNT browser signals.

8. Retention, Location & Security of Personal Information

  • Retention. We retain Personal Information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy or longer where required or permitted by law (e.g., dispute resolution, tax, accounting, or legal holds).
  • Location & international transfers. We store and process Personal Information in Canada and in other countries where we and our service providers operate. Laws in those jurisdictions may differ from those in your location, and data may be accessible to courts, law enforcement, and national security authorities under those laws.
  • Security. We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information to protect against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. While we work to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. SMS / Text Messaging Privacy & Terms

Program identification. RECO Demand promotional and informational messages are sent on shortcode 37014. Promotional and informational messages may also be sent from other approved business numbers. Message and Data Rates May Apply. When you opt in, we will send a confirmation message. Text HELP to 37014 for info or email support@recodemand.com. Text STOP to 37014 to stop. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed; you will no longer receive messages from us unless you opt in again. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message frequency varies.

RECO Demand respects your privacy. We do not sell or share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text‑messaging originator opt‑in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

By opting in, you consent to receive recurring marketing and transactional SMS/MMS messages from RECO Demand at the mobile number you provide. Messages may be sent from our dedicated shortcode 37014 and/or from other approved sender IDs, including registered 10DLC long codes and verified toll‑free numbers. We may use automated technology to send some messages. You may also receive one‑to‑one or follow‑up texts from members of our team using approved business numbers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

  • Opt‑out: Text STOP to any RECO Demand message (including to 37014 and to texts sent from our team’s approved business numbers) to cancel. We will send a confirmation and apply your opt‑out across all RECO Demand numbers and programs associated with your mobile number. Unsubscribes for Canadian recipients are processed within 10 business days.
  • Help: Text HELP to 37014 or reply HELP to any RECO Demand message, or email support@recodemand.com.
  • Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Your responsibility: You represent that you are the authorized subscriber for the number provided or have the account holder’s permission, and you will notify us if the number is reassigned.

We use the information you provide only to transmit your text messages and support the messaging program. We reserve the right to disclose information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, or governmental request; to avoid liability; or to protect our rights or property.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from them. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under 13, we will delete it. Parents or guardians who believe we have such information should contact us at privacy@recodemand.com.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we may also provide additional notice (e.g., by email or a banner on the Website). Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of an updated Policy constitutes acceptance.

12. Additional Disclosures for California Residents

If you are a California resident and have an established business relationship with us, you may request a notice disclosing the categories of personal information we have shared with third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the prior calendar year. Submit requests to support@recodemand.com. Please allow 30 days for a response.

If you are a California resident under age 18 and have posted content on our Website, you may request that we remove that content. Removal may not be comprehensive (for example, if another user reposted it). To request removal, email support@recodemand.com. Please allow 30 days for a response.

We currently do not respond to Do Not Track signals (see Section 7).

Note: If California privacy law (CPRA) applies to RECO Demand, you may also have rights to know/access, delete, correct, and opt out of sale/share of personal information. You can exercise these rights using the contact methods below. We will verify requests as required by law and respond within statutory timeframes.
