Raise and Resolve an Issue With RECODemand

This is the support and escalation route. If something is wrong with an invoice, a campaign, a deliverable or a login, this page explains exactly where to send it, what to include, and what happens after you do.

Official RECODemand support page

This page is published by RECODemand and describes the company’s own process for handling a concern. It is the page to use when you want something resolved. If you are researching the company from the outside and want to know how to weigh complaints and critical feedback, read RECODemand complaints instead. No response time or outcome is promised here; timing depends on the issue and the records involved.

We would rather hear it directly

Clients sometimes have concerns — an invoice that does not look right, a campaign that is not progressing as expected, a delay in a deliverable, a communication gap, or a technical problem with a funnel or CRM. Raising it with us directly is the fastest route to a resolution, and it gives us the record we need to look into what happened.

Steps to resolve an issue

  1. Start with your point of contact. If you are in a program with a success manager or coach, raise the issue there first — most problems are resolved at this step.
  2. Submit it in writing. Use the official contact form on this website so the concern is logged. Please use the official form rather than social media or third-party messages, so we can verify your account and respond properly.
  3. Billing questions. Review the Billing Policy first — it sets out the billing terms that apply to your program, including the support address published there.
  4. Give us the details. The more complete the first message, the fewer rounds of back-and-forth are needed.
  5. Ask for confirmation in writing. Whatever is agreed, request it in writing so both sides have the same record.

What to include

  • Your full name and the account email associated with your program.
  • The program or service involved.
  • Relevant dates — when the issue started and when you first raised it.
  • Invoice or transaction references for billing matters.
  • Screenshots, campaign links or message threads that show the problem.
  • The outcome you are asking for.

A complete first message removes most of the back-and-forth.

What happens next

  1. Your message is logged against the account. Submitting through the official form is what creates that record.
  2. The records are reviewed. The agreement, the written scope, the work delivered and the correspondence are read before a response is given.
  3. You receive a written response. Where something went wrong, it is said plainly; where the record differs from the account given, the difference is explained with reference to what was agreed.
  4. The outcome is documented. Whatever is agreed is recorded against the account so both sides hold the same history.

Billing matters follow the terms published in the Billing Policy, including the 30-day window for disputing a charge and the cancellation routes set out there. Nothing on this page changes those terms or the terms of your signed agreement.

How we approach complaints

  • Review the records. We look at the agreement, the written scope, the work delivered and the correspondence before responding.
  • Protect privacy. We do not discuss a client's account, results or correspondence publicly, and we do not respond to complaints by disclosing private details.
  • Respond factually. Where something went wrong, we say so. Where the record differs from the account given, we explain the difference calmly and with reference to what was agreed.
  • Document outcomes. Resolutions are recorded against the account so there is a shared, verifiable history.

We do not comment on named individuals or on posts made on third-party platforms. Anything raised through the official channels above is handled privately with the client involved.
