Editorial Standards

How RECODemand decides what to publish, how claims are sourced and reviewed, and how you can ask us to correct something.

What we publish

RECODemand publishes four kinds of content: in-depth guides on webinar marketing and lead generation; shorter articles in Insights; company information such as About Us, Pricing and the FAQ; and case studies describing individual client engagements. Press coverage and third-party mentions are collected in the newsroom.

All of it is published by the company. It is written from RECODemand’s own work with real estate and mortgage professionals rather than by a separate editorial desk, and it is labelled that way on the page.

How factual claims are sourced and reviewed

  • Claims about our own programs must be traceable to what those programs actually deliver, as described on the relevant program page.
  • Claims about a client’s results must come from that client’s own account of their business, and are presented as reported figures rather than as verified audits.
  • Market or industry claims are written as general observations unless a specific, citable source is available. Where no reliable source exists, we say so instead of inventing a statistic.
  • Content is reviewed by the company before publication and revised when something is found to be inaccurate or out of date.

How case studies are treated

Every case study describes one client, in one market, at one point in time. We do not average results across clients, we do not present a case study as a benchmark, and we do not imply that a reported outcome is repeatable. Each case study and each commercial call to action carries an explicit statement that individual outcomes are not typical or guaranteed.

Commercial relationships and official pages

RECODemand sells the programs described in this content, so all of it is commercial in nature. The programs are Inner Circle, Growth Suite, Executive and Exec Plus. Pages under this domain are the official company pages; anything published elsewhere about RECODemand is not under our editorial control. Where we link to an external site, that link is not an endorsement of its claims.

Corrections

If you believe something published here is inaccurate, tell us through the official contact route and describe the specific claim and page. Service issues rather than content issues are handled through complaints and resolutions. Corrections are made on the page itself rather than quietly removed.

Updates and dates

Articles are updated when the underlying advice changes. We show a publication or update date only where a reliable date exists for that piece; where we do not have one, we leave it off rather than display an invented date.

What we do not publish

  • Fabricated reviews or testimonials.
  • Star ratings or aggregate review scores that we cannot substantiate.
  • Guaranteed results, income promises or projected earnings.
  • Anonymous or invented experts, authors, credentials or job titles.
  • Unsupported industry benchmarks or averages presented as fact.

You can read how clients describe working with us on reviews and client experiences and company facts.

The content methodology page sets out how official company information, first-party case studies and any original data must be documented, including the fields required before a benchmark can be published. Publishers and podcast hosts can find approved company boilerplate and the canonical page behind each fact on the media resources page.
