Limitations
- Aggregate advertising performance across RECODemand-managed webinar programs, not a projection for any individual client.
- Not audited by a third party and not a market-wide industry benchmark.
- Webinar counts by type, geography, ad platforms, currency and averaging method are not documented in the source issue.
Buyer Readiness Report
Based on 2,085 pre-class buyer assessments collected in July 2026. Percentages describe this period only and are never merged with another period.
- 81.5% said they planned to purchase within the next year.
- 46.9% placed themselves inside the next six months, and 20.1% said “as soon as possible”.
- 76.9% said they had not spoken with a lender yet.
- A further 8.7% said they were planning to speak with a lender, so 85.6% had not yet had that conversation.
- 61.8% had already started looking at homes — 36.5% “a little” and 25.1% seriously — while 38.2% had not started.
- Of those already touring homes, 79.5% had no lender.
- 65.1% committed to attending live.
